REQUIREMENTS:

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or relevant others.

- Language: English (written and verbal communication)

- Experience: Two to five years of manufacturing engineering or quality control.

- Others:

• Good skills in computer applications (MS Office, SAP).

• Good knowledge of electronics, PCBA, and hi-tech is preferred.

• Good command of English (writing and speaking)

• Good skills in quality tools and techniques (SPC, 5Whys, 4M, 8D-CAPA, FMEA, DMAIC…)

• Good communication, leadership, organization, and time management.

• Understanding of lean manufacturing, engineering drawings, planning, and prioritizing activities.

POSITION INFORMATION:

This position will be a key member of the Operation Quality Team. As a member of this team, you will be shaping the future of Datalogic’s success in ensuring that our products meet predefined standards and adhere to industry regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and drive the multi-functional team to manage the operational quality activities meeting the KPIs (FPY, OBA, DOA, ORT and COPQ) for products assigned in the VN plant.

• Control the product and process quality, including the raw materials, PCBA, and finished goods ensuring they meet the criteria and specifications.

• Work closely with the supply chain team (SQE, CM, Buyer, Planner, Engineering, Production, Logistics) and the global team to maintain the operation system and engage to meet operation KPIs (OTD, Efficiency, Safety, Cost).

• Take ownership to evaluate the new/change the parts/products at the Lab and control the pilot/experiment process in the production line.

• Drive and support the operation team in the VN plant to resolve the quality issues as promptly as possible to prevent quality impact and recover the production plan soon.

• Lead the operation team in the VN plant to identify the root cause by quality techniques (5 Whys, 4M, …) and take corrective/preventive action.

• Review and make the documents related to new products and revised products.
