Job Description

We are looking for an Operations Specialist to ensure smooth shipments and manage our daily operations for the responsibilities below:

• Contact customers to support necessary procedures related to shipments.

• Coordinate and monitor daily sea freight operations (Import, Export, Transshipment).

• Understand and process daily shipping documents (B/L, Packing List, Invoice, C/O, permits, etc.).

• Provide timely updates on shipment status to customers.

• Liaise with shipping lines, ports, overseas agents, and internal departments as required.

• Ensure shipment documentation complies with Customs regulations and current laws.

• Manage and archive operational records and documents.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues.

• Support ad-hoc tasks and other duties as assigned by supervisors.

• Report directly to managers or leadership upon request.
