Yêu cầu công việc

- College or bachelor's degree in related field;

- At least one year of experience in handling freight forwarding business, candidates with both air and ocean experience will be highly preferred;

- Good command of English. Additional Chinese will definitely be a plus;

- Computer proficiency, especially with MS Office;

- Able to contribute individually and as a team member;

- Optimistic, honest, trustworthy, and willing to learn;

Công việc cụ thể là gì?

- Be the primary contact for all customers' request, ensure they are happy when using our service;

- Handle from a to z for a typical export shipment (including booking space, issuing B/L or submitting VGM, generating debit note, following up with updates, etc.);

- Coordinate between our clients and brokers/truckers for logistics service;

- Follow up with accounting team for overdue payments;

- Make sure all information input into the system is correct;

- Assist in resolving problems if any;

- Other tasks assigned by the manager;
