Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Organization Development (OD) or a related HR function.
  • Hands-on experience in organizational design, competency framework development, and job description development.
  • Good command of English, with the ability to read, write, and develop professional documents in English.
  • Strong logical and structured thinking, with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, responsible, and improvement-driven.

Công việc cụ thể là gì?

  • Develop and standardize the organizational chart, ensuring a clear and effective organizational structure, reporting lines, and departmental functions.
  • Develop competency frameworks and competency assessment criteria for different positions.
  • Conduct job analysis and develop standardized job descriptions (JDs).
  • Collaborate with departments to review and clarify roles, responsibilities, and competency requirements.
  • Participate in organizational development projects, HR system improvements, and initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.
