- Plan, control, and monitor work operations; follow up and resolve problems arising during operations, including coordinating with relevant departments to identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence. - Supervise staff performance; approve the release of raw materials, bulk, and finished goods; and follow up or coordinate with relevant departments. - Plan, monitor, and oversee the operations of all relevant departments within the quality system to ensure compliance with the company’s established standard operating procedures and alignment with quality system requirements. - Establish, prepare, revise, and verify the accuracy of SOPs, Test Methods, Work Instructions, and related records to ensure correctness, suitability for operations, and compliance with legal and international standards. - Maintain analytical instruments and glassware; arrange external calibration according to the specified schedule and evaluate calibration results. - Develop chemical testing systems, including training and enhancing the knowledge and competencies of staff. - Review and/or prepare Internal Validation Plans for raw materials and products, including Certificates of Analysis (COA); coordinate sending samples for analysis to be accredited external laboratories within the specified timeframe. - Identify and introduce new, modern, and standardized test methods and analytical instruments. - Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors. • Ngày làm việc: T2 - T7 • Giờ làm việc: 07:30 - 16:30 • Cấp bậc: Nhân viên (associate) • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
