Yêu cầu công việc

- College degree or above in Packaging Engineering, Structural Design, Industrial Design, or related fields. - Minimum 2 years of experience in packaging structural design, preferably for export products. - Proficient in Plotter for packaging prototyping and structural verification. - Good knowledge of packaging materials, structures, BOM, and technical drawings. - Ability to independently design packaging structures and prepare accurate die-cut drawings; Adobe Illustrator (AI) is preferred. - Knowledge of packaging tests such as ISTA and Drop Test; basic packaging cost and quotation evaluation skills. - Creative, detail-oriented, with good problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and time management skills. - Good coordination with internal departments and suppliers; team management experience and English reading/writing skills are an advantage.

- Manage packaging development, including design, prototyping, testing, and structural verification. - Analyze product requirements and develop suitable packaging structures, materials, and solutions. - Troubleshoot packaging issues and provide practical, cost-effective solutions. - Manage packaging BOMs, technical drawings, specifications, revisions, and related documents. - Conduct packaging testing and validation, including ISTA 1A/3A and Drop Test, and improve designs based on results. - Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure packaging quality, technical requirements, and project timelines. - Develop packaging SOPs/work instructions, support process and equipment improvements, and perform other duties as assigned. • Ngày làm việc: T2 - T7 • Giờ làm việc: 08:00 - 17:00 • Cấp bậc: Có kinh nghiệm • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
