DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

I. Design & developing — 20%

1. Responsible for product label and packaging development and qualifications. Perform related verification test to ensure transportation safety/security for shipments.

2. Design of all kinds of optical device packaging and labeling from RD phase. And provide the overall design and solution according to RD/Customers’ requirements.

3. Undertake all kinds of new product development and product design, changes and optimization.

4. Maintenance of the label and packaging operation and delivery system.

5. Maintenance of all kinds of international logistics demand and transport demand into packaging and labeling.

II. Design & Implementation — 50%

1. Design packaging and label of the different products, provide packaging illustration to PM/PE/ME from design to shipping packing. And solve packaging issues from the customer and production.

2. Implementation of the packaging and label document, packaging Illustration, label Illustration, related drawings and WI of the shipping packing issued.

3. Design of all kinds of optical device packaging and labeling from RD phase. And provide the overall design and solution according to RD/Customers’ requirements.

III. Design Verification — 20%

1. Identify and develop new material and technology to improve package quality, supply chain flexibility, packaging process robustness and reduce package cost.

2. Responsible for regulatory safety compliance for different products and implementation of the product labels and packaging. Work with quality department, strictly control the product development phase and perform in the labels and packaging.

3. Complete the packaging reliability test.

IV. Communication and Cooperation — 10%

1. Communicate & coordinate across function teams to make sure customer’s requirements could be smoothly implemented in the production.

2. Work with design team in completion of product design and process tracking.

3. Work with PLM / Marketing to provide label and packaging proposals and solve all label, packaging and shipping issues from customers.

4. Work as the coordinator of packaging and label issues to other sites.
