- Have more than 3 years of work experience as a product engineer in the furniture industry. Those with successful product development and project management experience are preferred. - Be familiar with furniture production processes and flows and understand furniture materials. - Possess solid professional knowledge and skills, including knowledge in furniture design, material mechanics, process engineering, and other aspects. - Be proficient in using design software such as CAD/SketchUP/TopSolid and SolidWorks and office software. - Have good communication and coordination skills and teamwork spirit and be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with personnel from different departments. - Be able to read and write in English. - Better be able to speak Chinese. - Have a strong sense of responsibility and execution ability and be able to complete work tasks on time. - Have an innovative spirit and problem-solving ability and be able to continuously promote the optimization and improvement of products. - Have good learning ability and adaptability and be able to quickly master new knowledge and skills.
Công việc cụ thể là gì?
• Production process Planning and Improvement - Be responsible for optimizing and improving the production process in furniture manufacturing to enhance production efficiency and product quality. - For example, by adjusting processing parameters and improving assembly processes to reduce production costs and the rate of defective products. - Formulate and improve production process documents, including operation instructions and process flow cards, to ensure the standardization and normalization of production operations. You need to ensure that these documents are clear and easy to understand for workers to operate and understand. - Supervise and inspect the implementation of the process on the production site, and promptly discover and correct behaviors that do not meet process requirements. This may include inspecting workers' operation methods and the use of equipment. - Analyze the furniture production process flow to find potential problems and improvement points and improve production efficiency and product quality. - Formulate and optimize production processes, determine the best production parameters and process flows, and reduce production costs. - Introduce new production technologies and equipment to promote technological upgrading and innovation in the factory. • Production Technical Support - Provide technical support for the production department to solve technical and quality problems that occur during production. - Conduct technical training for production employees to improve their operational skills and quality awareness. - Participate in production site management to ensure that the production process complies with process requirements and quality standards. • Quality Control and Assurance - Formulate product quality standards and inspection specifications to ensure that product quality meets the company's and customers' requirements. - Analyze the causes of product quality problems, propose improvement measures and prevention plans, and improve product quality stability. • Ngày làm việc: T2 - T7 • Giờ làm việc: 08:00 - 17:00 • Cấp bậc: Có kinh nghiệm • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
