3. Requirements

Must-Haves:

• Bachelor’s Degree, major in Aftersales service, logistics, supply chain, prioritize in automotive industry or related fields.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience

• Good command of English (minimum TOEIC score of 600 or equivalent)

• Proficient in MS office, Power BI skill is a plus

• Problem-solving skills and Communication skills

Good-to-Haves (Major Advantages):

• Direct work experience in the after-sales service department of an automotive company, especially in service marketing tasks

Công việc cụ thể là gì?

1. Job Purpose:

Hino Motors Vietnam is seeking an experienced Aftersales Service Planning Assistant Manager to plan and manage after-sales service activities and improve customer satisfaction across the dealer network. The role will coordinate with related departments and dealers, monitor market trends and dealer performance, and lead service projects and customer-focused activities to achieve CS KPIs and improve the overall customer experience.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement after-sales marketing and promotion activities.

• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities for aftersales planning activities.

• Monitor customer satisfaction index for service – part operation at Dealer and cooperate with Dealer to enhance KPI.

• Improve customer experience, including customer satisfaction and proactive customer contact activities at dealers.

• Conduct customer training programs to improve customer knowledge and satisfaction.

• Manage dealer KPI data and performance reports

• Manage special projects related to after-sales service and customer experience improvement.
