  • 5 - 8+ years of experience in electroplating, surface treatment, water treatment, or related chemical manufacturing processes.
  • Strong knowledge of plating chemistry, RO/DI systems, process control, and problem-solving methodologies.
  • Experience supporting multiple manufacturing sites, regional operations, or global engineering projects is highly preferred.
  • Willingness to travel to support project implementation and technical consultation.

About the Role

Join Molex's Global Manufacturing Engineering Team and serve as a technical expert supporting plating and water treatment operations across multiple manufacturing sites worldwide. This role offers the opportunity to lead process improvement initiatives, solve complex technical challenges, and deploy best practices across global operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a global subject matter expert (SME) for plating chemical processes and RO/DI water systems.
  • Drive process optimization, quality improvement, and manufacturing stability across Molex plants worldwide.
  • Lead root cause investigations and implement sustainable corrective actions for plating and water treatment issues.
  • Support global projects, technology deployment, factory expansion, and process standardization initiatives.
  • Provide on-site technical support and collaborate with international engineering teams to improve operational excellence.
