- Minimum of 8 years of post-graduate experience within their specialized discipline. - A minimum of 5 years’ experience leading MEP Engineering teams within a multinational organization. - Previous experience working within an Engineering consulting environment, with a clear focus on design experience. - Degree qualified in Water supply and drainage Engineering. - Be a licensed Water supply and drainage Engineer, or be eligible to become a licensed Water supply and drainage Engineer. - Intermediate time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage the time of others and ensure efficiency of organizational processes. - Intermediate written and spoken communication skills. - Advanced knowledge of design software related to MEP design, including AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Access. - Site inspection or supervision experience on building construction projects. - Advanced knowledge of International Building Codes and Design Standards, including environmental building standards (LEED and similar). - Intermediate leadership skills with the ability to manage teams with a strong results orientation. - Intermediate written and spoken English skills are also required.

Công việc cụ thể là gì?

- Lead and manage the Plumbing & Firefighting Engineering Team in concept, schematic, basic and detailed design using Revit MEP and/or AutoCAD. - Manage team activities, workload allocation and resources to ensure quality, timely and budget-compliant project delivery. - Lead and review hydraulic, water demand, drainage and firefighting calculations, equipment sizing and technical analyses. - Ensure designs comply with project requirements, local regulations, fire codes, international standards and company procedures. - Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, other MEP disciplines, sub-consultants, contractors and clients throughout all project stages. - Review and ensure the quality of drawings, calculations, specifications, technical submissions, shop drawings, BOQs and cost estimates; conduct site inspections and provide technical recommendations. - Support BIM/Revit workflow development, mentor junior and intermediate engineers, and drive continuous improvement in design quality and technical solutions. - Monitor project progress, prepare weekly progress reports, identify risks and ensure all deliverables are completed within agreed timelines and budgets. • Ngày làm việc: T2 - T6 • Giờ làm việc: 08:30 - 17:30 • Cấp bậc: Có kinh nghiệm • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
