Plumbing & Firefighting Design Team Leader

Years of experience: Minimum of 8 years of post-graduate experience within their specialized discipline.

A minimum of 5 years’ experience leading MEP Engineering teams within a multinational organization.

Previous experience working within an Engineering consulting environment, with a clear focus on design experience.

Degree qualified in Water supply and drainage Engineering.

Be a licensed Water supply and drainage Engineer, or be eligible to become a licensed Water supply and drainage Engineer.

Intermediate time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage the time of others and ensure efficiency of organizational processes.

Intermediate written and spoken communication skills.

Advanced knowledge of design software related to MEP design, including AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Access.

Site inspection or supervision experience on building construction projects.

Advanced knowledge of International Building Codes and Design Standards, including environmental building standards (LEED and similar).

Intermediate leadership skills with the ability to manage teams with a strong results orientation.

Intermediate written and spoken English skills are also required.
