Công việc cụ thể là gì?

• Monitor system maintenance data and develop maintenance and servicing plans. • Develop new procedures and revise existing ones to ensure alignment with actual operations. • Develop and update departmental reporting templates. • Control the procurement and usage of materials for system repair and maintenance in accordance with standards through weekly and monthly reporting and evaluation. • Control electricity and water usage in line with system standards, preventing waste or loss through weekly and monthly reporting and evaluation. • Review, reconcile, compare, and approve monthly purchase requests. • Develop annual strategies to reduce water, electricity, maintenance, and repair costs. • Regularly supervise (directly or indirectly) to ensure proper management of utilities (electricity, water) and infrastructure, and compliance with company and departmental procedures. • Plan and allocate personnel effectively based on capability, farm scale, and management scope. • Develop, communicate, and implement detailed training programs and plans for the management system. • Clearly define job descriptions for each position; review and update every 6 months or as needed to reflect operational changes. • Develop KPIs on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis; consolidate reports and evaluate actual KPI performance accordingly. • Làm việc trực tiếp tại Trang Trại. • Ngày làm việc: T2 - T6 • Giờ làm việc: 09:00 - 18:00 • Cấp bậc: Quản lý • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
