Provide process engineering support to the manufacturing line and be responsible for quality, yield, cost, and cycle time of the products. Key Responsibilities: • Initiate process characterization and optimization programs to drive yield, quality, cost, and cycle time improvements. • Coordination with Manufacturing engineering, equipment engineering and other support functions to execute business plans. • Assume leadership role in addressing major delivery issues. • Creates comprehensive Reports, RCAs and is trained in Problem-Solving tools, Process Control and Statistics. • Effectively communicate all relevant information to manufacturing personnel. • Ensure conformance of organization to processes and controls. • Ensure a clean, safe and healthy work environment for the organization. • Timely execution of key projects. • Coordination of training and advancement programs to ensure continuous personnel development within the organization. • Encourage workers to report violations of company labor, ethics and EHS policies. • Ensure identified labor, ethics and EHS issues are corrected in a timely manner. • Lead the process engineering team to meet or exceed KPI targets. • Identify project to contribute to cost savings. • Review and assess best practices from ATO. • Support any internal or external customer visit and audit. • Any other task assigned by management. • Cấp bậc: Có kinh nghiệm • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
