Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. - Experience in a process/production engineering role within a manufacturing environment; experience in doors, windows, or similar assembly-line manufacturing is an advantage. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and 3D CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Pro/Engineer), including CAD file management and drafting. - Proven experience conducting time-and-motion studies, setting routing standards, and calculating Takt/Cycle time for line balancing. - Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen, and of root-cause tools such as 5 Whys and Fishbone diagrams. - Advanced mechanical aptitude and comfort developing or reading process documentation (SOP/WI) and technical drawings. - Fluent in English (Reading & Writing) - Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team environment with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to plan and manage multiple concurrent projects, with strong organization and time-management skills. - Hands-on approach with a “can-do” attitude and comfort working on the production floor. - Experience with project management is a plus.

- The Process Engineer is responsible for designing, standardizing, and continuously improving production processes to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective manufacturing. This role owns process documentation and line design, leads troubleshooting and root-cause resolution of line issues, and drives productivity and quality improvements through Lean and Kaizen methods, from new-product trial runs through to steady-state Mass Production. - KEY DUTIES: 1. Technical & Process Engineering: - Process Setup & Documentation: Create and standardize production documents, including SOPs, Work Instructions, Process Flow Charts, and assembly guides. - Line Design & Optimization: Analyze utilization, space requirements, and workflow; design or redesign line layouts; calculate Takt time and Cycle time; and perform line balancing. - Tooling & Jig Improvement: Design, or work with vendors to design and improve, jigs, fixtures, and tooling that reduce defects and waste motion. - Trial Runs & New Product Introduction (NPI): Plan and execute pilot/trial runs, troubleshoot technical issues, and manage the transfer of new products or process changes to Mass Production (MP). - Productivity Improvement: Identify and implement Kaizen actions to increase UPH (Units Per Hour) and reduce manufacturing costs. - Downtime Reduction & Equipment Support: Coordinate with department leaders to minimize machine downtime and support preventive maintenance. 2. Problem Solving & Quality Support: - Troubleshooting: Respond quickly to resolve daily line abnormalities, including quality issues, machine downtime, and operator errors. - Root Cause Analysis: Apply structured problem-solving tools to identify root causes and drive corrective and preventive actions. - Lean Manufacturing: Apply Lean principles to continuously improve safety, quality, and efficiency across production lines. 3.
