1. Knowledge:
- Education level: University degree and its equivalent
2. Skill:
- English skill: able to communicate and write report.
- Computer skills: MS office, Access, power point, SAP, MAXIMO
- Inter-personnel skills: Able to coordinate with key individuals or group to accomplish the goal.
- Planning skill: be able to set priority, control daily activities.
3. Attitude:
- Team Work: Good in coordination with other in same department and outside department.
- Willing to work when require. Fast response.
- Desire to learn new knowledge & experiences in another department as well as in planning field.
4. Experience:
- Experience with SAP/Maximo system or similar system is an advantage
- More than 03 years working experience of warehouse management is an advantage
Brief Description of Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible to manage for receiving raw materials/chemicals/fuel that stored directly in equipment in plan.
- Responsible to manage for delivery chemicals/ fuel / packing materials to end users.
- Responsible for monitoring and raising Purchasing Request for:
- Ensure availability of materials and equipment that meet the schedule, budget, specification, and quality as required by users.
- Daily update database for chemicals/ bagging materials, PPE, coal, DO.... to management file in SAP system and Maximo system.
- Coordinate with contractors & transporters in receiving and delivering materials.
- Coordinate Monthly/Annual stocktake.
- Submit monthly report to relevant group (PPE, coal, chemicals, spare part...).
