Contact with partner to receive all information to develop new samples

Prepare information, translate and handover Techpack (BOM, technical document) from Vietnamese – English for others department (Pattern marker, sample room, factory,…) to follow up information.

Prepare all materials and condition to make new samples.

Meeting with sample room, Technical team, Pattern marker team to transfer all informations about new sample and dicuss together to developt new sample (new construction, new platform, new material…)

Follow up, checking sample every step to make sure the sample is the best and on-time shipment to the Clients.

Review sample and give comments to Pattern maker and sample room to improve sample.

Submit samples to the Clients and get updated with the sample status at all developt stages.

Resolve all related problems, complaints or requirements from Clients.

Work with other departments such as QC, Planning, Accounting,… to advise Clients.

Proceed order all orders to make samples, contact with suppliers (leather, fabric, hardware, thread, …) to ensure delivery time, and call out all issues about their materials.

Contact with 3rd party to developt new platform (Embroidery, Printing, Sequins, Quilting…).

Checking/ Follow up the Testing process with Lab Test

Review 1st sample on production line, release comments to improve before they make bulk sample.

Resolve all related problems at factory (explain if factory don’t understand, confirm and advise information…).
