  • The preferred candidate has Bachelor Degree Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
  • At least 1-3 years experienced in manufacturing or production.
  • Experience with CAD software (2D/3D) or other 3D software.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Proven experience in the engineering field.
  • Superb analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Good at English or Chinese.
  • Planning and Monitoring Process of Production and Delivery schedule to Achieve plan.
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes.
  • Basic understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerances.

1. PURPOSE

Support production activity


2. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

2.1 Program/ Project Engineer

The Program/ Project Engineer is expected to:

  • Project management (APQP/ PPAP);
  • Prepare, form schedule, coordinate, and monitor all assigned projects;
  • Monitor compliance in all areas;
  • Review Design for Manufacturing / Assembly (DFM/DFA);
  • Communicate effectively during daily interactions with sales, the clients and users to interpret their needs and requirements;
  • Represent clients and users in the field;
  • Maintain quality control in every area (budget, scheduling, planning, personnel performance, team dynamics);
  • Clearly report on project status;
  • Delegate effectively to team; cross functional team;
  • Communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide needed assistance and technical support;
  • Review engineering deliverables; initiate appropriate corrective actions throughout the project lifecycle;
  • Maintain KPIs with targets;

2.2. Process Engineer

The Process Engineer is expected to:

  • Managing customers assigned as job assignment appendix;
  • Research, design, and develop processes to optimize productivity and workflow of manufacturing processes from inception through to mass production and end of life;
  • Analyze and evaluate processes (including: new & existing;
  • Perform risk assessments;
  • Perform process simulations;
  • Design of experiments, run, test to evaluate systems and processes;
  • Oversee operations and maintenance of manufacturing processes
  • Determine the organization and setup of process operations
  • Oversee implementation of new processes and procedures;
  • Investigate and troubleshoot any problems that arise with processes, procedures, and operations;
  • Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output;
  • Manage cost and time constraints of production product;
  • Packaging and package labeling design and development and other necessities items as requirements;
  • Provide process documentation and operating instructions;
  • Facility layout and design, re-layout;
  • Product and process layout and design;
  • Maintain KPIs with targets;

3. OTHER DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Continuous Improvement (IE/IA)

  • Participates in the implementation of the continuous-improvement program;
  • Improves policies, procedures, and processes;
  • Manages the continuous-improvement program;
  • Advises and assists personnel;
  • Maintain KPIs with targets;

ISO/IATF requirements

  • Creating, implementing and maintaining QMS for engineering department to follow the ISO 9001/ IATF 16949;
  • Can become an Internal Auditor according to the requirements of the institution
