• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Telecommunications, Automation, or a related field. • Hands-on experience in embedded programming and electrical devices. • Understanding of new product development and testing processes. • Knowledge of OCPP and ISO 15118 protocols is a strong advantage. • Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills. • Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn. • Exceptional work ethic, the ability to work independently, self-motivated, disciplined, driven and a strong desire to succeed. • Experience in power solutions sector actively involved in product management, sales engineering/pre-sales, bids and proposals, or system engineering. • Detailed knowledge of EV charging solution and/or renewable energy solution products or equivalent hardware products. • Ability to discuss detailed technical issues with customers and management. • Strong interpersonal capabilities and demonstrable customer rapport, in-depth experience working in the EV charging industry. • Creative ‘out of the box’ thinker. • Business-level fluency in English, Candidates with additional proficiency in Chinese will be given preference.
