Must-Have Requirements
• 1–2 years of experience in production, advertising, media, events, agency or a related environment; strong fresh graduates may also be considered.
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
• Proactive, responsible and comfortable with hands-on work.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Able to work under pressure and adapt when production requirements change.
• Comfortable communicating with suppliers, freelancers and external partners.
• Genuine interest in advertising, film, photography and commercial production.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or outside normal office hours when required by production schedules.
Nice-to-Have
• Previous experience in commercial or film production.
• Experience coordinating vendors, freelancers or crew.
• Good English communication skills.
• Basic understanding of production terminology and workflows.
• Experience with production documents, schedules or call sheets.
• Interest in developing into a Producer.

Role Purpose
The Production Assistant / Junior Producer supports Producers and Production Managers across the full commercial production process.
This is a hands-on entry-to-junior-level production role, with responsibility increasing as experience develops. The person should be organised, proactive, practical and comfortable dealing with the many moving parts of a shoot—from research and preparation to suppliers, logistics and shooting days.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist Producers and Production Managers with commercial and creative production projects.
• Support pre-production research, preparation and coordination.
• Assist with production schedules, call sheets, checklists, contact lists and project documents.
• Support location research, location preparation and location logistics.
• Assist with casting, talent coordination and talent logistics.
• Support props, wardrobe, equipment and production preparation as required.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freelancers, crew, vendors, clients, agencies and production partners under Producer direction.
• Follow up on bookings, confirmations, quotations, deliveries and production requirements.
• Assist with transportation, accommodation, catering, equipment and other shoot logistics.
• Support Producers on shooting days and ensure assigned tasks are completed.
• Help solve unexpected production issues quickly and practically under the guidance of the Producer.
• Keep project information, documents and contact details organised and up to date.
• Take responsibility for assigned tasks and communicate problems early.
• Support post-shoot wrap-up and outstanding production follow-up.
