Production Coordinator

- Bachelor’s degree is preferred - 2+ years experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Production Planning & Inventory: Develop effective production and staff schedules, forecast material/labor needs, and manage inventory to ensure timely delivery and minimize downtime. - Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate seamlessly with suppliers, logistics, engineering, and sales teams to resolve complex issues and support New Product Introductions (NPI). - Quality & Document Control: Enforce safety regulations, conduct regular process audits, and meticulously manage all production-related documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). - Continuous Improvement: Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot real-time problems, and implement cost-reduction and efficiency initiatives. - Reporting & Team Support: Maintain production tracking systems, generate performance reports, facilitate regular meetings, and assist in training new personnel.
