Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other related technical fields is preferred.

• Good English communication skills are required.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

• At least 2 years of experience in production management within an FDI company is preferred (Japanese, European, or U.S. companies are an advantage).

• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply if they demonstrate a strong passion for learning and professional development.

• Strong communication and leadership skills are preferred.

• Honest, persistent, and possessing a positive “can-do” attitude

Công việc cụ thể là gì?

• Responsible for training new operator/new production member.

• Training, skill up and coatching shop floor peoples

• Problem-solving in daily basis that helps to improve and maximize production output (S, Q, C, D and E)

• Ensure the team to follow the company's rules, regulations, and process standards; ensure to complete the production order efficiently under the premise of good quality, good 5S condition.

• Responsible for the management of production staff, supervise and ensure that workers follow the standard operation; coordinate between the production and other departments; provide the operators with work guidance and training as required.

• Review the output and production effiency of each line and make sure it meets the target.

• Supervise the operators in the workshop and correct that behavior which violate the company regulation or the standardization of Tenneco P3.

• 5S management in workshop, make sure the shift follows the 5S regulation as P3 requirements.
