Yêu cầu công việc

- At least 10 years’ experience in textile or related industry. - Degree in Engineering (preferably Textile, Chemical or Industrial Engineering) - Strong manufacturing background, preferably in finish goods - Experience in multiple Industrial plant processes in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment - Advanced interpersonal relationship skills at a variety of levels and in greatly differing social and business settings - Strong leadership skills - Strong project management capability - Demonstrated ability to focus on and achieve objectives in a timely manner

Công việc cụ thể là gì?

- Role Purpose: This role is to implement thread production in Hung Yen including technical management, supervision and control of dyeing and finishing production processes from the point of order release to confirmation into the FG warehouse. - Ensure a safe working environment that complies with Coats Health and Safety policies. - Promote a culture of “Doing the Right Thing” in the area of responsibility. - Implement all necessary manufacturing processes to support the production in Hung Yen factory. - Develop and implement training plans for all employees of the areas including the creation of comprehensive site SOPs. - Work directly with customers to remedy any issues affecting quality or capability to deliver to agreed service targets. - Work with innovation and industrialization teams in delivering in the area new programs or initiatives. - Other duties as assigned by direct manager. • Cấp bậc: Quản lý • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
