- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Textile, Fashion, or a related field. - 5+ years of production management experience, preferably in bags, backpacks, luggage, or other sewn-product manufacturing. - Strong knowledge of cutting, sewing, assembly, finishing, and packing processes. - Good understanding of production planning, capacity management, quality control, and productivity improvement. - Proven experience managing production teams and factory workers. - Strong problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight production deadlines. - Good communication and coordination skills. - Hands on skill, well planning of work flows without computerized shop floor management system is a must. - Experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, or other continuous-improvement methods is an advantage.
