- Execute assigned tasks with through cooperation with other employees including: 1. Production Planning - Make detailed production plans, coordinate with relevant groups such as safety - environment - quality and maintenance to ensure production activities meet requirements from the system. - Check the personnel plan for the production shift before reporting to supervisor, understand the situation of overtime and leave compared to the target of the unit. - Report to superiors and propose solutions when seeing irregularities. 2. Production Control - Check compliance with SEQ, SOP, and PPE regulations in the workplace of all operators and shift leaders. Check the production implementation of the shift team according to the detailed production plan. - Check the changing trends of important operating parameters during daily production. Ensure KPIs on production operations. Report to superiors and propose handling when seeing irregularities. - GENBA daily to detect anomalies and make improvements. - Solve or respond to difficulties that are reported by Shift Leaders and workers. - Plan worker training, conduct training to improve workers' skills including setting up training materials. 3. Training and Development - Train shift leaders, team leaders, and workers in production-related content as required by the system. - Implement production-related improvements through automation, Kaizen, and DX projects to increase productivity. - Coordinate with PD to conduct CP test and evaluate operating conditions during CP test. - Implement improvements to increase productivity, efficiency, and quality improvement. - Conduct internal patrol and correct nonconformities. • Cấp bậc: Có kinh nghiệm • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
