Công việc cụ thể là gì?

- Arrange production lines, manpower and materials following the production plan or adjustments to ensure safety, and meet quality and delivery requirements. - Responsible for monitoring the delivery – receiving – usage of materials, finished goods, packaging and recycled products in accordance with the Production Order and Bill of Materials. - Co-operate with Maintenance to execute autonomous and preventive maintenance to ensure production lines and equipment are in available condition to produce good quality products. - Co-operate with Quality and R&D to update changes of equipment and production process parameters to ensure product quality meets customer requirements. - Monitor production activities closely during the working shift to ensure employees comply with Company regulations, and Production, HSE and Quality procedures/instructions/standards. - Report production results at the end of the working shift and clearly hand over work to the next shift leader/line leader regarding production status including: quantity of finished goods, product quality, material quantity, status of production lines and equipment, and safety. - Responsible in general for assigned Company activities related to Production and Safety that occur outside regular working hours (night shift or weekend). - Report and investigate root causes for non-conformities or incidents related to HSE, product quality, operating procedures/process parameters in production and during the working shift. - Participate in trial production of new products. - Execute improvements of production processes, safe working conditions, hygiene environment and 5S. - Update and communicate to employees in the working shift about information, regulations, and instructions from the Company and departments. - Conduct training for new workers or those changing positions and ensure they understand the requirements of Policies/regulations/guidelines/procedures/instructions from the Company and functions. - Execute other tasks assigned by the Production Manager. • Cấp bậc: Có kinh nghiệm • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
