Production Teamleader (Bonding Process)

Công việc cụ thể là gì?

1. Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the Bonding team to ensure production meets the production plan, quality standards, and company requirements. 2. Allocate and utilize manpower, machines, and materials effectively according to the production plan to achieve production output and efficiency targets. 3. Control the Bonding process and monitor key parameters such as temperature, pressure, speed, and other technical requirements to ensure they are properly set and maintained according to established standards. 4. Control product quality, promptly identify defects, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions to maintain product quality and prevent customer complaints. 5. Monitor WIP, materials, production output, efficiency, and machine downtime to ensure a smooth production flow and timely completion of production plans. 6. Ensure Bonding materials are used according to the correct style/article number, specifications, lot/batch, and storage requirements. 7. Train, guide, and evaluate Bonding operators on work instructions, machine operation, quality standards, safety requirements, and 5S practices. 8. Monitor employee attendance, discipline, performance, and manpower utilization to ensure effective team management. 9. Coordinate with Production Planning, QA/QC, Maintenance, Warehouse, and other relevant departments to resolve issues and ensure production and delivery targets are achieved. 10. Maintain production and quality records, participate in continuous improvement activities, and perform other duties as assigned by management. 11.
