- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred. - 10+ years in renewable energy project development, with at least 5 years in leadership. - Proven track record in origination and M&A within the energy sector. - Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and regulatory knowledge. - Familiarity with Philippine DOE, ERC, NGCP processes and renewable energy incentives. - Strong analytical skills and ability to make logically sound decisions to support corporate goals and management directives. - Strong commercial acumen with the ability to lead financial analysis, structure transactions, and develop compelling business cases. - Existing networks within key energy institutions and provincial authorities is preferred. - Demonstrate leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience in managing and motivating team members. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
