• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in renewable energy project engineering.
• Experience in utility-scale or commercial Solar PV, Wind, and/or Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects.
• Familiarity with SCADA systems, substations, transmission lines, and electrical protection systems is an advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Priority for candidates with good English and Chinese language skills.
• Support the engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover of renewable energy projects.
• Review engineering designs, technical drawings, specifications, calculations, and construction methodologies.
• Coordinate with EPC contractors, consultants, utility companies, regulatory agencies, and local authorities.
• Monitor engineering schedules, project progress, and key performance indicators.
• Support quality inspections, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
