JOB DUTIES 1. Project Management & Execution - Lead end-to-end project management across the entire SDLC (initiation to closure) - Define project scope, goals, timeline, and deliverables that support client objectives - Manage multiple projects simultaneously with varying models (dedicated team vs. fixed bid) - Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and risk management plans 2. Client Communication & Stakeholder Management - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients (mainly from the US, EU, ANZ, SIN etc.) - Conduct regular meetings with clients to report project status, resolve issues, and manage expectations - Translate business requirements into clear and actionable plans for the development team 3. Team Leadership & Collaboration - Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, testers, designers, and business analysts - Mentor and coach project team members; resolve conflicts and ensure high performance - Ensure team alignment with Agile/Scrum best practices (or other methodologies as required). 4. Quality & Risk Management - Monitor project quality and ensure all deliverables meet client standards - Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies - Ensure proper documentation, testing, and deployment processes are followed • Ngày làm việc: T2 - T6 • Giờ làm việc: 08:30 - 17:30 • Cấp bậc: Có kinh nghiệm • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
