Project Manager Hệ Thống Hạ Tầng Kỹ Thuật (Energy Systems) – Salary Upto 90M

• Location: Hanoi Office (Onsite)

• Job Nature: Flexible business travel according to project milestones to manufacturing plants across Vietnam and regional locations (Sri Lanka, Cambodia, Bangladesh, etc.)

• Salary Range: 56-99M / month (Negotiable based on qualifications and experience)

POSITION SUMMARY

Take end-to-end accountability for managing new investment, expansion, and renovation projects for industrial utility and energy infrastructure across domestic and regional manufacturing plants; ensure engineering quality, timeline delivery, cost optimization, and absolute safety compliance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• End-to-End Project Management: Orchestrate multiple projects across the full lifecycle—from site surveys, defining design criteria, budgeting, and construction management to commissioning, performance testing, and final handover.

• Systems in Scope: Provide deep technical oversight across plant utility systems: Water & Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP), Boiler & Steam Networks, Compressed Air Stations, and Industrial Gases (Liquid Nitrogen, Gas/LPG/LNG).

• Engineering Review & Design Control: Review engineering drawings, process flow diagrams (PFD/P&ID), and equipment sizing calculations; propose value engineering solutions to optimize capital and operational costs.

• Tendering & Contractor Management: Prequalify, technically evaluate, and supervise engineering consultants, MEP contractors, and equipment vendors both locally and internationally.

• Commissioning & Regulatory Compliance: Develop testing protocols and lead performance acceptance tests; ensure all installations strictly adhere to occupational health and safety (OHS), fire safety, and environmental protection standards.
