Position Requirements:
• Bachelor of Engineering degree & related certificates
• At least 4 years of experience in design project management and more than 6 years of professional experience in MEP design for the company’s target project types, including high-rise
buildings, residential developments, offices, hotels, commercial buildings, and industrial parks.
• Candidates with experience working for MEP design consultancy firms are strongly preferred.
• Good knowledge of applicable technical standards, building regulations, and contractual requirements relevant to MEP design projects.
• Proven ability to negotiate and agree on project schedules, submission milestones, and deliverable timelines with Clients/Owners.
• Proven track record on completing projects
• Good at command of English and an ability to write technical reports
• Solid understanding of the construction process and application of Mechanical Design and Engineering, strong familiarity with project management software tools and best practices.
• Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making, problem-solving attitude and managing team

Công việc cụ thể là gì?
We are looking for 03 qualified candidates to fill the position of Project Manager for ASP.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee MEP design projects to ensure deliverables meet contractual requirements, quality standards, agreed schedules, and budget targets.
• Develop and monitor overall project plans, schedules, key milestones, and budgets to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
• Work directly with Clients/Owners to negotiate and agree on project schedules, design submission milestones, deliverable priorities, and schedule adjustments when necessary.
• Review and understand project scopes, contractual requirements, design deliverables, and the required contents of design documentation at different design stages.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and delays, coordinate with relevant Team Leaders to resolve issues, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Ensure that design deliverables comply with applicable codes and standards, contractual requirements, project specifications, and relevant drawings and BOQs.
• Lead project meetings, coordinate with internal design teams and external stakeholders, resolve project-level coordination issues, and report project status, risks, and proposed solutions to the Project Director.
• Monitor project budgets and performance against agreed targets, and report significant deviations or potential impacts to the Director.
• Maintain effective communication among Clients/Owners, Team Leaders, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project scope, schedules, deliverables, and priorities.
