- Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management - At least 2-3 years of experience managing Solar/EPC projects - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related fields - Proficiency in project management tools such as: Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana.... - Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall is a plus) - Solid knowledge of solar project lifecycle, EPC processes, and site execution is an advantage - Strong planning, scheduling, and budgeting skills - Strong leadership and team management abilities - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - High level of organization and ability to manage multiple projects - Good English communication skills are a plus - PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certifications are preferred
