Công việc cụ thể là gì?

• Ensure to comply with all Purchasing policies, both global and local. • Ensure transport needs are met on time and efficiently managed with sound transport need scheduling so that operational and programmatic activities run smoothly. • Manage and maintain inventory to operating levels to avoid supply. • Source, evaluate and select suppliers, vendors, or sub-contractors (oversea/ local) for materials/ goods/ services and negotiate terms for purchases with set frame from company • Place orders, follow up these orders to ensure goods receipt on time • Keep on-going relationships with major suppliers, vendors, or sub-contractors to ensure that the organization receives satisfactory standards of service. • Prepare contract, pro-forma invoice and supporting documents for import goods • Implement local Purchasing procedures in conjunction with business functions • Represent companies in negotiating contracts and formulating policies with suppliers • Maintain document /ISO system related to purchasing activities periodically. • Control the cost reduction in purchasing process • Suggesting ideas for continuous improvement in Purchasing. • Cấp bậc: Có kinh nghiệm • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
