Purchasing Supervisor

1. Purchasing Operations:

- Plan, manage, and monitor the procurement of raw materials and supplies to support production activities

- Ensure a stable supply of materials in terms of specification, quality, quantity and delivery schedule in line with the production plan

- Track order status from purchase order issuance through delivery and receipt

- Coordinate with Warehouse, Production and QA teams to ensure incoming material quality compliance

- Handle and resolve issues related to delivery delays, quality discrepancies or documentation variances

2. Sourcing & Supplier Management:

- Identify, evaluate, and develop a network of local and overseas suppliers

- Compare quotations and lead negotiations on pricing, commercial terms and delivery conditions

- Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers, conduct performance evaluations and recommend improvements or alternative suppliers when necessary

3. Others:

- Work closely with Planning, Production, Warehouse, R&D and Finance departments to ensure effective purchasing operations

- Provide timely updates on order status and potential risks impacting production

- Prepare purchasing-related reports, including costs and supplier performance, as required

- Propose improvements to purchasing processes to optimize costs and enhance operational efficiency

- Perform other tasks as assigned by management
