- To lead and manage the Quality Assurance function to ensure all products meet food safety, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. - Ensure compliance with Nestlé Quality Management System (NQMS) while meeting safety, quality, cost, and service targets. - Drive continuous improvement through supplier development, quality management (include Consumer/Customer Satisfaction), and capability development for Quality team. Key Outputs / Deliverables 1. Food Safety & Compliance: - Ensure compliance with NQMS, WOS, FSMS, and all regulatory requirements. - Maintain food safety systems and minimize risks through effective HACCP, GMP, and BMP program. - Lead food safety audits and certification processes (ISO 22000, FSSC 22000). - Non Compliance report case - Gap & Action Log from Audit 2. Quality Management: - Ensure product quality meets Nestlé standards and customer expectations. - Minimize consumer complaints and quality incidents. Coordinate with CS and related departments to handle complaint. - Develop and manage quality system (per FSSC 22000, ISO 9001...) processes, procedures/SOPs and work instructions to ensure traceability and recall readiness. - Quality Incident / Customer Complaints - HINT index - Internal Compliance index 3. Manufacturing Excellence: - Drive continuous improvement culture in quality area. Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues. - Lead Q Pillar implementation, Standardize quality practices and support NCE initiatives and TPM implementation. - Lead improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and stability of the production system. - NCE/TPM implementation - Non Quality Cost 4. Functional Mastership: - Master quality processes, Lab practices, and food safety technologies. - Manage quality control systems and testing protocols / methods. - Lead investigation & root cause analysis and drive product and process improvements. - GLP index - Improvement Action Log 5. Supplier Quality & External Relations: - Manage supplier quality programs and incoming material quality. Lead supplier audits and performance monitoring. - Coordinate with regulatory bodies and external auditors. - Support & Cooperate with others to deliver all Project related to QA (include I&R Project). - Supplier Performance - Project Completion 6. People Development: - Lead, coach, and develop the QA team.
