*Requirements:

- Number of recruitments: 02 persons

- Male or Female.

  • Graduated from bachelor level from the technical field.
  • Strong analytical, logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Good English communication skills (evaluate in interview session).
  • Ability to read technical documents and conduct experiments for new technology development.
  • Can work well with Microsoft Office.
  • Good planning, project follow-up, and teamwork skills.
  • Careful, detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to work overtime when required.
  • Confident in communicating and working with customers.
  • Knowledge of CAD, 2D/3D drawing software is an advantage.

Công việc cụ thể là gì?

Main responsibilities:

  • Monitor product quality and approve products for shipment.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
  • Follow up improvement actions to resolve quality issues.
  • Conduct process audits and ensure compliance with requirements.
  • Prepare reports and participate in customer meetings.
  • Research and implement new technologies to improve quality, productivity, and cost.
  • Support technology transfer from development to mass production, including process, specifications, and related documents.
