QA/QC – Outdoor Furniture

- To support this growth, we are looking to hire an QA/QC outdoor furniture, this role will combine responsibilities across: - The successful candidate will be actively involved throughout the product development process, working closely with suppliers, factories, and internal teams through sample, technical evaluation, testing, and approval. The role will support product construction reviews, material selection, production feasibility, prototype and pre-production sample, mass production. - Location: Quy Nhon + nearby provinces Key Responsibilities - Production Quality Control -QC • Conduct pre-production meetings with suppliers to review product requirements • Meeting with factory by on gold seal samples before mass production. • Conduct inline inspections and monitor critical production processes. • Check production readiness, materials, components, assembly sub-frame hardware, packaging materials and approved samples • Identify defects and quality risks at an early stage • Checking color first items in mass production and compare with approval color swatch - Final Inspection & Shipment • Conduct final inspections • Verify product appearance, functionality, packaging, labeling, quantity and carton markings, inhouse test • Review inspection results • Support shipment release recommendations and escalate major quality issues to the Quality Manager. - Factory & Supplier Follow-up • Work closely with supplier production teams • Monitor supplier performance and recurring quality issues. • Conduct regular factory visits • Support supplier improvement • Ensure suppliers follow approved specifications, quality standards and procedures. - Development: • Together with Buyer team to support development product and timeline to ensure that all products are developed to be complained with customer and UF in term of quality suitable for customer and market standard. • Ngày làm việc: T2 - T6 • Giờ làm việc: 08:00 - 17:00 • Cấp bậc: Có kinh nghiệm • Loại công việc:
