- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.

- At least 3 years of experience in Automotive Quality Assurance.

- Experience in 4M Change Management and Traceability Management.
4M変更管理およびトレーサビリティ管理の経験があること。
- Able to communicate in English or Japanese. English (Toeic 650) or JP (N2)

Main Responsibilities/ 職務内容
- Analyze quality trend data and coordinate cross-functional meetings with Production and Engineering to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and verify their effectiveness.

- Implement and monitor IATF 16949 Core Tools, including APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC and MSA.
APQP、PPAP、PFMEA、管理計画、SPCおよびMSAなどのIATF 16949コアツールを運用・管理する。
- Manage internal and supplier 4M changes, including risk assessment, validation, post-change monitoring and customer approval when required.
社内および仕入先の4M変更を管理し、リスク評価、変更検証、変更後フォローおよび必要に応じた顧客承認対応を行う。
- Perform monthly product traceability verification and traceability drills in accordance with Customer Standard AS004.
顧客標準AS004に従い、毎月の製品トレーサビリティ確認およびトレーサビリティ訓練を実施する。
-Deploy customer requirements and quality countermeasures across related processes.
顧客要求事項および品質対策の水平展開を実施する。
- Support internal audits, customer audits and quality management system improvement activities.
内部監査、顧客監査および品質マネジメントシステム改善活動を支援する。
