QC Inspector (Chinese Speaking)

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical or electronic integration or related majors.

- At least 4 years of experience in production quality management and supplier quality management.

- Familiar with the functions, structure, performance specifications, manufacturing processes, and relevant quality standards of personal care products, culinary products or similar products.

- Familiar with standard quality inspection items personal care products, culinary products or similar products, including appearance, functionality, safety, and performance specifications.

- Proficient in finished-product inspection procedures, sampling plans, inspection methods, and the use of common inspection tools and instruments; able to independently complete finished-product inspections.

- Able to quickly identify common product quality defects, such as cosmetic damage, malfunctioning buttons, electrical leakage, abnormal noise, and functional failures. Able to distinguish conforming from nonconforming products and accurately determine defect severity levels.

- Skilled in completing QC reports and inspection records, with clear, accurate, and complete data.

- Previous experience as a QC inspector for personal care products or culinary products is preferred.

Skills:

- Fluent in Chinese (speaking, reading and writing); proficient in English reading and writing.

- Quality inspection skill, defect level classification, sample plan, AQL.

- Proficient in the use of inspection tools and testing instruments & equipment.

- Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management system and safety standards (e.g. IEC, UL, GB)

- Computer operation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office software.

- Basic ability to analyze quality issues, with good coordination and communication skills.

- Non-conforming product (NCR) disposal process, CAR, 8D report and continuous improvement practices.
