Yêu cầu công việc

• University Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management

• No prior experience required; comprehensive on-the-job training provided

• Basic understanding of BOQ analysis, cost estimation & civil construction regulations

• Fair command of English

• Analytical and data-driven mindset

• High sense of responsibility

• Willing to work overtime & handle pressure to meet tight deadlines

• Work independently on sheets & coordinate within a team

• Willing to work at sites outside Hanoi incl. Hai Phong, Hai Duong, Hung Yen, Vinh Phuc

Công việc cụ thể là gì?

• Assist in taking off quantities from tender drawings and cross-checking data

• Help calculate the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and prepare cost estimations under guidance

• Support the Line Manager in preparing quotations and estimating design fees

• Collect and formulate Database Library of Cost, Project and Material

• Assisting in dealing with project owners and subcontractors regarding payment issues

• Prepare, compile and submit progress claim in timely manner incl. updating payment records

• Assist in checking & preparing progress payment certificates for sub-contractors

• Other duties as assigned from time to time
