Yêu cầu công việc

1. Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.

- Knowledge of laboratory testing, sample preparation, and analytical methods.

- Familiarity with SOPs, PDCA, QC tools, 5S, and Kaizen.

- Good analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.

- Basic English communication and Microsoft Office skills.

- QA/QC laboratory or manufacturing experience is preferred.

- Professional attributes: Detail-oriented; Responsible; Safety-conscious; Proactive; Team-oriented.

3. Work Schedule:

Employees work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule of 4 working days followed by 4 days off.

  • Day Shift: 08:00 AM - 08:00 PM
  • Night Shift: 08:00 PM - 08:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct routine quality control and quality assurance testing of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products and utilities.

- Perform laboratory analyses in accordance with approved test methods, procedures and specifications.

- Record, review and maintain accurate laboratory test data and documentation.

- Support investigations of non-conforming products and quality deviations.

- Monitor laboratory equipment, including calibration and basic troubleshooting.

- Support internal audits, QMS/EMS compliance, and continuous improvement activities.

- Collaborate with Operation and relevant Departments on quality-related matters.
