- Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering (or Mechanical Engineering)
- At least 01 year of relevant experience in automotive, mechanical engineering, quality control or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with relevant experience in automotive, mechanical engineering, or quality control will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of manufacturing operations and production processes is an advantage.
- Knowledge of quality management systems, particularly ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, is preferred.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to identify/predict potential defects.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Good command of Microsoft Office; ability to use AutoCAD.
- Valid C1 driving license or higher.
- Good teamwork, communication and learning ability.
- Able to comply with company rules, regulations and working procedures.
Công việc cụ thể là gì?
As a QCA Staff, you will support the QC Shop Leader in monitoring and managing quality control activities to ensure product quality and compliance with the company’s standards and procedures.
Key responsibilities:
- Monitor daily quality control activities in the QC Shop.
- Support the QC Shop Leader in managing QC-related documents and records.
- Manage and follow up on IM (ISUZU Monozukuri) activities.
- Support training and guidance for workers regarding quality control requirements and activities.
- Manage QC materials, tools and equipment.
- Prepare monthly S.Q.C.D reports.
- Understand and follow the operations and processes of production shops.
- Monitor and ensure the quality of Isuzu products.
- Comply with the company’s rules, regulations and quality/environmental management systems, including ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
- Identify, anticipate and support the prevention of potential quality defects/issues.
- Perform other quality-related duties as assigned by the QC Shop Leader.
