- University degree in a technical field, preferably mechanical engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar quality position in a manufacturing company.
- Good command of English.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Candidates residing in Binh Duong are preferred.

Job description
- Be responsible for the overall quality control activities of the company.
- Participate in the internal audit team and conduct internal and supplier audits.
- Handle supplier quality complaints and follow up on corrective actions.
- Work directly with colleagues at the parent company on quality-related matters and technical support.
- Prepare work instructions and other technical documents required for production and quality control.
- Monitor and follow up on quality issues to ensure appropriate corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Management Board.
- Report directly to the Quality Manager.
