• Bachelor's degree or College diploma with a major in Civil Engineering, Construction, Construction Materials, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. • English proficiency equivalent to Level B1 of the CEFR. • Welcome fresher/entry/ non-experienced level. But more than 1 year of experience, especially in wood house design, is an asset. • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and construction estimating/take-off software such as AutoCAD, PlanSwift, etc. • Knowledge of wood house structures and framing details is an advantage. • Ability to read/interpret and be familiar with Construction Drawings. • Ability to perform taking off quantities from the designed drawings. Sharp and like to work with numbers, have logical thinking, and can categorize things by type. • Ability to work effectively as a team member with minimal supervision. • High attention to detail with a high level of cognitive skills. • Personal time management skills for meeting established deadlines. • Self-motivation and willingness to learn and absorb new things. • Customer focus and result-oriented mindset. • Integrity and carefulness.
