- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in residential real estate, sales planning, and high-end or luxury project launches.
- Strong analytical, research, and organizational skills.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI is a plus.
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Requirements: Candidates must have relevant experience in sales planning within the real estate industry, preferably with a property developer. Candidates from unrelated industries will not be considered.
Job Description
Market research
- Conduct market and project research covering macroeconomic conditions, regulations, market trends, competitors, new launches, pricing, and sales and marketing practices.
Sales Planning and Launch Preparation
- Coordinate with relevant departments to develop sales procedures, internal processes, sales and after-sales systems, and customer sales documents and contracts.
- Handle sales launch preparation, including product information, sales and marketing materials, pricing, and sales program formulation.
- Prepare internal reports and approval submissions.
Sales Performance Management
- Monitor sales transactions and performance, including inventory, revenue, cash flow, incentives, distribution channels, sales costs, and customer mix.
- Prepare periodic sales reports and performance analysis.
Other Responsibilities
- Perform other duties as required by the Sales and Marketing department.
