• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Energy, Electrical Engineering, Construction, Economics, Investment, or a related discipline.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience. Experience in renewable energy development, power infrastructure, industrial parks, industrial real estate, or infrastructure investment projects is preferred.

• Basic understanding of project development processes, investment procedures, land-related matters, or planning regulations in Viet Nam.

• Experience working with EVN, local authorities, government agencies, or project developers is an advantage.

• Proactive and energetic, with problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong willingness to learn.

• Good communication, coordination, information synthesis, and reporting skills.

• Good working proficiency in English. Chinese language skills are an advantage.

• Willingness to travel for project development activities.

• Candidates are not required to have experience in both renewable energy and Data Centers. Practical project development experience, adaptability, learning agility, and long-term growth potential are valued.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Working place: Ha Noi, Viet Nam.

Working style includes independent work, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and travel to project sites as required.

Công việc cụ thể là gì?

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Identify, research, and assess investment opportunities and potential sites for renewable energy and Data Center projects.

• Conduct preliminary assessments of land availability, planning and zoning, power infrastructure, grid connection options, and overall investment feasibility.

• Coordinate with EVN, local authorities, relevant government agencies, and project partners during project development.

• Support investment, land, permitting, licensing, and other related legal procedures.

• Participate in feasibility studies, project due diligence, investment opportunity assessments, and partnership evaluations.

• Take ownership of assigned tasks, monitor progress, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to move projects forward.
