- 3+ years of relevant Product Management experience in Financial Services, Banking, Fintech, E-commerce, Ride-hailing or other digital businesses. We value candidates who have actually built and delivered products, not just coordinated them - Strong “get things done” attitude with the ownership to move things forward and solve problems proactively - Good stakeholder management skills and confidence working across different business and technical IT teams - Comfortable with data analysis, including Excel/Pivot Tables; Power BI experience is an advantage - Upper-intermediate English proficiency

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Own assigned Credit Card & Pay Later Servicing initiatives end-to-end, from problem identification and requirement definition to implementation, launch and post-launch monitoring • Translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements and customer journeys, ensuring proposed solutions address the underlying problems and expected outcomes • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including IT, Digital Platform, Operations, Customer Experience, CVM, Finance, Risk, Legal & Compliance, to align requirements, manage dependencies and drive product delivery • Analyze customer behavior, product performance and business data to drive continuous product improvements and personalization, helping deliver more relevant products and communications to the right customers at the right time • Stay up to date with market and competitor developments in Credit Card, Pay Later and digital financial services, and proactively recommend relevant product enhancements and new opportunities • Cấp bậc: Có kinh nghiệm • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
