- Division: Operations - Position: Safety and Security Staff - Reports to: Safety and Security Manager - Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Mon-Sun in shifts POSITION OVERVIEW A School Safety and Security Staff is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment within the school premises. This includes implementing security measures, responding to emergencies, incidents, and collaborating with school’s staff, students, faculty, parents, and law enforcement agencies to ensure the well-being of everyone on the campus. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Ensure the safety of all individuals on campus - Maintain security on the school premises and grounds - Identify and report any suspicious activities or individuals, incidents, or accidents to the manager - Control traffic - Monitor visitors, contractors, vendors, and workers - Respond to emergencies affecting the safety and security of the premises - Manage all safety and security systems, including fire alarms, firefighting equipment, intrusion alarms, access control, CCTV, etc. - Supervise the third-party security personnel - Conduct training sessions for security guards on safety and security protocols - Assist in enforcing UNIS Hanoi procedures and regulations - Ensure the proper functioning of security equipment - Report any issues with equipment and assist in coordinating repair or replacements - Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the direct manager • Ngày làm việc: T2 - CN • Giờ làm việc: 08:00 - 17:00 • Cấp bậc: Có kinh nghiệm • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
