• Handle customer systems in the process of Purchase Order, Payment documents.
• Prepare commercial invoice, logistic documents for shipping.
• Receive RFQ, contact customers, check BOM, drawings and related documents.
• Prepare the quotation and submit to customers.
• Working with cross functional department to make sure handling customer’s inquiries smoothly.
• Making reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Other assigned tasks.
